In Savannah, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across Georgia, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.

No hours are on file. If you plan a visit, phone first or check the Google Maps link on this page for the latest times. The listed phone number is (912) 920-5577. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, dentalwellnesscenterga.com.

Its Google rating is 4.2 out of 5 from 151 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Savannah is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Savannah is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Georgia's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I will gladly revise this review if/when I get some resolution to my concerns. I am STILL waiting for a refund after four months for a service I paid for and did not receive. Each time I call they tell me that they will make a note; NOTHING. I'm not even sure who is responsible because I get a different answer each time and assurances that someone will follow up with me and then NOTHING. Now I'm told I will not receive a refund if there is a balance due on my account. On that separate matter have called billing department three times and left detailed vm as requested, NOTHING.

My husband had been getting routine cleaning there with $0 copays. During his last appointment he had to pay $55 for cleaning and $256 for a simple filling with insurance! After several months, I just checked with the insurance, he only had to pay $132 for both. First time, the front staff said to have the billing team call me back, they never did. Two more phone calls to leave voicemails, no one returned my calls. We will file a charge back with credit card company as we have all the proof. After this, I will make sure to leave all the negative reviews on all platforms if I could if we cannot resolve this issue. Yes, you may call me if you have any question because I couldn’t get you to call me back several times.

Professional cleaning today, felt like I was at the periodontist. Bedside manner if Dr. Tour was excellent and he had good skills. His assistant Mia was good too.

I do not recommend Dental Wellness. I went there today for a simple cleaning and I have dental insurance. I also had a loose dental bridge, and the doctor only applied some glue underneath it and put the bridge back in place. Despite having insurance, they charged me an additional $208 out of pocket for this quick procedure. I found the charge unreasonable and very disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend going there.

If I could give a Zero, I would. My sister who passed away last month used this outfit. As I tried to help her make appointments, they were all over me,, calling and texting repeatedly. When she went to her appointment, they had me pay for her next visit and set up automatic payments for the other appointments. They even auto drafted $568 for a dental "Membership Fee". We went back and forth on the money. "Rachel" agreed to refund the $568. After a lot of discussion, my sister decided to use the membership. Sadly, she passed away suddenly before she could use the membership's services. I have called, left messages, and even called and begged not to be put in voicemail. I have indicated how much that $568 would mean to my sister's family for the funeral services. Now that my sister is gone, they are ignoring my request for a call back to see if they had the heart to help. I pleaded for them to have the common courtesy and decency to return my calls. I have been ignored. These people are all in for the money, but have no heart and no compassion. I am shocked at how any human being that works for this outfit could ignore my requests for a call back. Just rude! The mana
